DRPower EquipmentReviews of drpower.com

My new leaf Vac Pro is simply awesome. I am 63 and have to maintain a very large lot with multiple hardwoods by myself. I owned another brand that had a pull start which caused me nothing but problems. It was difficult to start and maneuver. The Pro has a turn key start and is super easy to discharge massive amounts of leaves. It is much lighter weight and I love that it can be taken apart after leaf season. My old model took up my entire garage! I am super happy with my purchase and have ordered additional parts to make my leaf pick up easier and more efficient.

VERY EASY AND INFORMATIVE PURCHASE AND NO HIDDEN FEES. HOPE I AM AS HAPPY WITH THE EQUIPMENT ONCE I RECEIVE IT. LOVE WORKING WITH DR SO FAR.

Excellent company and excellent customer service. got everything I needed

Bottom line up front, my experience was great. I do however have to start with a slight negative. I was able to go onto your WEB site and make a purchase of an item that was not going to be available. After not receiving a confirmation email I called into DR Power equipment to see what might be the problem. The representative was able to see that an order for me had been received but was not able to be processed. She informed that she would have to research the issue and that she would get back with me the next day. The very next morning I was contacted by her to inform me of what she had found. She was able to explain the issue with my order and the courses of action that we could take. She was highly informative and was a pleasure to talk with. She was able to make the necessary changes to my order to ensure that it would arrive at the desired time and would meet my needs. It was great to be treated so well and professionally. I was informed of ship date via email. I was also contacted by the delivery company and they also were particularly good about working with me and ensuring they would be able to deliver the product correctly. The delivery was made as they had promised and with enjoyable staff interaction. I am now working on getting to know and utilize your product. Thank you very much and I will be a returning customer. It always amazes me how in the age of computers that how fast a product can be found.

I got my first chance to use my Pilot leaf vacuum yesterday and it worked very well. When I first received it and started to assemble it I was missing a few hardware pieces. I called support and received those to finish the assembly. Cutting the part to fit the deck was a little tricky, but I watched the video and took my time and got it done. This sure beats raking.

Great shopping experience. Web page and parts look up was easy to navigate and simple to order. Shipping was fast and I was able to get my brush trimmer running in time to cut all of our deer trails. Thank you.

Had an issue with my lawn vac hose cracking and the tech person helped me out with a replacement part needed. Excellent customer service and makes me want to do more future business since DR stands behind it's product.
