Your knowledgeable staff was able to help me troubleshoot a non-start issue. The process would have been less bothersome if a wiring schematic for my machine could be listed.

This grader is fantastic - works very well and our driveway looks much better. It's made well and sturdy.

I started to order my product online and had some questions so I called and talked to a sale associate. I believe talking to the DR staff helped me buy the best fit for my application. I dont have my machine yet, but am waiting like a kid on Christmas eve. Thanks for the help.

Being a baby boomer I spent weeks of justification for this Pro model. Finally pulled the trigger, in 5 minutes the order was complete. It kind of scared me that the order process was so easy !.

Used my 16.5 hp tow behind brush cutter for the first time. The ground has standing water and thick grass 24” tall. The brush cutter is everything I was hoping it would be. Mowed through the grass and didn’t bog at all. Also cut some briars with no problem. If the 4 wheeler will go over it the brush cutter will cut it.

Your company is the very best at helping you get the right part and telling you how to fix it. Parts are very reasonable. Very courteous. And delivery was half the time I expected, You under PROMISED!!! I'm 68 years old and your company is the best for parts of any lawn and garden equipment, I've dealt with. EVER!!!!

The person assisting me was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. As with everything today, part was expensive but I received the part in a timely fashion. All in all it was a good experience. Thanks DR!

I ordered, and it came very quickly. I am extremely pleased with the DR Electric Wood Splitter! It has a lot of power and is exactly what I need! My neighbor liked it so well, he has ordered one for himself! thank you DR.
