Sales rep was good. Shipping seemed fair

I had a great experience, Lilly went the extra mile and instead of just taking my order , she found that my 2029 pro max 30 brushcutter actually needed a retrofit kit to resolve my issue and then sent me the kit and two shift cables at no cost, this type of care and customer service is above and beyond what I expected and is why I continue to be a life long customer. Thanks!

The Dr power equipment customer service was fantastic for me! It was Carrie I believe. I bought a pro xl trimmer, it started quick and the power is over the top. It appears well built and very thought out.

Easy to order on their website! Power grader was sold as a bundle, price seems fair. Waiting to get it shipped to me and then I’ll be able to test it out!!!

Easy to order on DR website and customer service was very helpful when I needed to make a change on the order before it was shipping.

Jenna, was the young lady that took my order and was very upbeat, courteous and helpful. She did a fantastic job, making my purchase very easy !

I had a problem with the DR trimmer that a purchased. It died day 1, and wouldn't restart. I contacted DR and they were helpful, and accommodating. They came up with a very acceptable solution and now I have a trimmer that works great for my needs. Highly recommend this company.

The sales experience was great. The upgrade ball head for my string trimmer is a major upgrade and reasonably priced. The new head makes insertion of the whips much easier and the retention of the whips while working is vastly better. On top of that, the new heavy orange whips will take a lot of punishment without coming off or breaking.
