Your web site needs to have a better way to let you know that you need to buy an adapter for your mower. Two many people over look it . And I know how big business work ,they don't care . All they care about is putting money in there pockets . And customer service has to take the complaint.

I purchased a plow last year form you and used my generac credit card, however I was charged a $150 promotion fee. It was explained to me that it was a one time fee only and I would not be charged again. I paid the balance of a couple of weeks ago as I planed to by a walk behind blower this year, ( I did still make the purchase) however I’m being charged the $150 again on top of my order. I called and explained what I did and was told that it was my fault for paying the card off and now it’s a new promotion and I need to pay again. This was very upsetting to me especially when I’m just going to pay the card of when I get the bill. I still purchase from you only because of my previous orders that I am happy with and you do stand behind your products. However I am upset about the situation. I would also like to hear a response Thanks for your time. Bill

Without using your beautiful goods, you have plenty of good products that touched my spirit. I cannot remain here. I recommend that you boost the accuracy of your website graphics, please.

Unsure if I'm satisfied or not. I was told, per phone conversation with your Rep, that we would be refunded the cost of the Maintenance Kit. I initally called to return it because my husband didn't want it. I was told, per your Rep that it wasn't worth the trouble for DR and to keep it. The refund hasn't shown up on our Mastercard . It has been a couple of weeks. BTW, we love the DR trimmer! It is all we were told it would be by our friend who recommended !!! We appreciate you looking into this. Video is very misleading it makes you believe that you get everything to hook it to your riding lawn mower. Be aware that you have to buy extra parts to hook it to your mower. I think this should come with the unit. This was very disappointing that I had to spend another $135 after I ordered my unit. The fit and finish was OK but not great. The canvas on the trailer it’s way too tight it is actually about 3 inches shorter in the back where it goes around the handle, Could not Velcro it together. Engine and blower unit is heavy duty. My unit came with Out the proper Nut and bolt to install the trailer axle had to call customer service after 20 minutes on hold. They are going to send me the proper nuts and bolts so do your inventory first.
