I really wanted to buy a DR Power leaf …
I really wanted to buy a DR Power leaf and lawn vacuum but they don't want to sell them apparently. I called to inquire about shipping options and was told that I had to have an open trailer for depot delivery which I do not have. So, I asked about home delivery and the cost. When I told the rather rude and cold customer service person that I have a short driveway then I was told the only other option was if the truck could pull completely off the road without blocking traffic. I live in a residential neighborhood so, no, of course there is no way to fully pull off the road so she told me they couldn't help me. Large trucks pull into our neighborhood all the time for people moving their entire house for half a day or to deliver a room full of furniture or large appliances and it is no issue but this company can't send a truck to deliver a 49" x 41" x 82" package to my house. Unbelievable!!
