This mower has been a disaster, battery went bad with less than 2 hours on it. This was done because of vibration, they sent me a retro kit, that took a week. The sad thing, is that that know about this problem & they don't address it at the factory!! Then, I got a flat tire, no fault to the unit so I ordered 2 new tires, right from the manual, part # an all. They shipped the wrong tires, so for two weekends in a row, when I need to be mowing, it's sitting on the sidelines, waiting for the right materials to show up.

This company is receiving one star because I don't have the option for none.  We purchased a walk behind back in May, had it two days and started acting up. First I had to wait on hold almost an hour to even get someone on the phone. I spoke with a nice lady who seemed eager to help me. She put me on hold multiple times to ensure all the answers were correct. Her and her "supervisor" decided the mower needed to go to a shop for repair. She called the shop to confirm we could bring our mower and it was covered under warranty. Well now it is almost a month later. Every time we talk to DR or the shop, we receive a different answer. First the shop is waiting on DR, DR talks to the shop and now the mower is ready. Then we attempt to pick up the mower and the shop states they do not cover warranties for DR. Now we need to wait days before that is corrected. Now today, the contact I have been dealing with at DR tells me the mower is not fixed, they need additional parts (on back order, go figure) and it could now be a few weeks. We go from ready to pick up Friday to now they need additional parts. I thought he was kidding with me at first. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Their customer service is terrible and DO NOT care about their customers. Guess now it's a waiting game to see how long this refund takes!

i purchaser a brush hog 26 in to cut some brush , it was to arive in 2 weeks. it arived in 3 month an I PUT IT TOGEATHER and it did not run took the machine up north and found this out. Back home to a dealer to fix ,adjusted valves and it ran , went north ,it ran for 10 min an quit .back home, valves adjuster and it ran again. went to do brush in my ditch at home. it had a pully brake and destroy the belt .winter came and in spring went north . ran for 1 hr and quit . back home . fixed again in shop took home and went to start .ripped the rope from my hand. second try ripped the rope and ran backwards. Now in shop.I INSURED IT FOR 3 MORE YEARS AND MAY SOME DAY GET ONE THAT WORKS

Customer service is non-existent. I ordered my equipment on 5/23. 5/27 I get an email saying it should ship in a couple of days. A couple of days passed no shipping info. Sent them an email 3 separate times requesting an order status. 15 days later still no response regarding my order. I just hope the equipment works better than their customer service department.

DR canceled the order because it was not in stock but did not refund the cost of the warranty for the product purchased.

Worst experience of my life. Most unorganized company ever. Keep your junk.

My machine has been effectively down since April 7. It is now May 15 and I have a yard full of brush that needs chipped up. I've tried to order a part (deemed as covered under warranty by DR) and have been getting nothing but the runaround to the point that my next move is to either send the unit back or exchange it. If I have to do either I would expect it to be a no cost to me since DR has completely dropped the ball here.

The wood chipper could be made a little stronger for one upgrade the nuts and bolts to a better grade huts and bolts grade 5 snap very easy and stronger metal around infeed area all my welds broke and metal started to tear
