Summary: This PowerWagon does exactly what I wanted: It hauls a heavy load with ease, it's a stable platform to work from, and simple to use. I love it. Good value for the money. Yes, it's built like the old farm equipment from the 50's, it works. So I gave it 5 stars even with minor shortcomings. GOOD Points 1. Arrived undamaged. Packed well in a wooden crate. Assembly: Fold up the handle, lock with 2 bolts, add oil and fuel. Drive away. Attach bed later. 2. Engine starts easily and runs smoothly. 190cc has plenty of power. Hauls max load with ease up hills in Tennessee where I live. 3. Electric start a big plus. Let's hope the starter lasts as some reviewers said it failed after 1 year. 4. Electric dump not only handy but allows the payload to be set to an angle for working or spreading product. After using it, I'd say it's an essential feature. 5. Metal flat bed is heavy-duty. Dump bed is made of tough material and tail gate also easy to use. 6. Machine is built well. Sturdy parts. Simple to maintain. Tailgate should be strengthened. 7. Turns within its own space. Very handy. 8. 3 forward speeds are sensible ratios. 1st is a creeper gear, 3rd is a brisk walk, Reverse is perfect. 9. Traction: Yes, when unladen, tires will slip on soft ground as reviewers complained. Throw some weight into it, and it's fine. 10. Brake is very effective, the lock is essential. POOR Points 1. Sales said it would ship in 1-3 days. It took 3 days short of a month before I had all the parts. Still, they got it here. 2. Arrived without keys to ignition. Called help desk and they cheerfully sent me ONE replacement key that arrived 5 days later. Manual says I was supposed to get TWO keys! I got one! Agh! Suggest factory WIRE-TIE the 2 keys to handlebars before shipping. 3. Clutch would not engage at first. Other reviewers reported same issue. Turned the cable adjustment gadget quite a bit and now clutch is OK. Suggest setting it property at the factory. 4. Clutch and V-belt are in an awkward location that easily fills with sand, gravel and other debris. You must be vigilant about keeping this area clean or the drive will clog and fail. 5. Not keen on Chinese tires, I'll wait and see, but I can replace them later. 6. All Motorcycles have standardized control positions: Clutch is on the LEFT hand, Front brake on the RIGHT hand. Dr Power installs these same controls on reverse sides on the PowerWagon. Why not follow standards?

Customer service was very polite and knowledgeable of the product. Easy to order parts.

Your ordering process was easy and quick. My only complaint is that I did not receive an update as to when my order was to be shipped until I called for an update 12 days after I placed my order.

Product arrived partially assembled and missing parts. That wasn't fun, but they took care of it. That's what you want to see when things go wrong.

The manual start choice may not be the right one. But, other than a heavy pull to start, this pro 401 is great. Green or dead, chip or shred, it keeps eating everything.

I recently purchased a walk behind trimmer mower, that had a few minor problems. I contacted the service department regarding the mower. They were very helpful regarding my request, I decided to return in lieu of having the mower repaired. I upgraded to a more powerful mower. DR had the problem mower picked up and the new one delivered. It works great! Thank you service department for all your help!

It was easy to order the equip I need. Now if that works as well as the ordering process I will be a very Happy Camper. I will let you know.
