It was very easy to place my order, my equipment came within 2 weeks and it was exactly what I was hoping it would be. I called to add the extended warranty and the customer support staff was American and very helpful.

I ordered the machine on a Monday, and it arrived on Thursday the same week. I was able to get it set up and use it the same day. I was very impressed with the quality, and it is very easy to set up and operate. I was also surprised at the amount of leaves it takes in before the bag is full. Very happy with this purchase.

The technical support person Josh was amazing, we talked over my part’s issues. We exchanged photos of what was wrong. His above and beyond service was what all customers appreciate from any company. I don’t have my part yet, however I know if I have issues he will help me resolve.

Easy to find parts for a beast of a brush mower that has been reliably knocking down 3" elder trees for close to 9 years. Parts delivered quickly and got her back up and running! The elder trees are not so pleased

I’m extremely happy with my new DR unit. Very easy to put together. Started on the first pull. Bought the unit too cut around my pond and it did not disappoint. Cut for a little over an hour and the belt started squealing. Took in garage put on work bench tilted back tighten up the belt very easy to work on. Went back out for another hour and finished cutting the overgrowth around the pond like butter. Give this unit five stars. DR trimmer/mower premier 6.75 FPT manual start

Needed a replacement part. Called customer service and was informed that it was a warranty part. It shipped within a week. I have always had good experiences with DR's customer service.

Going to work ok for use. Taking down a tree will be helpful moving the wood
