This was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had buying anything. First of all you wouldn’t except my brand new credit card that I just applied for. Second of all they didn’t put the right delivery address on there. Took the day off to be here for the delivery lost a bunch of money and the delivery didn’t even show up. I highly recommend that you don’t use UPS because they are freaking terrible. How could there be so many mistakes when there’s so much money involved here. I am totally disappointed. This was the most stressful purchase I’ve ever had to make!?!?!? Sorry this is a negative review but hopefully you guys can learn from your mistakes in this will not happen to any more of your future customers.

i am posting a poor rating simply based on a delivery tha fact the add said 3-5 days for shipping then i find out after placing my order the unit is back ordered for 12 more weeks, useless for this years gardening.

This is really sorry built chinese crap. Stay away!

I called the morning after and wanted to cancel and lady said it was shipped. I had not even got a email confirmation yet.

Spare. Knife kit took three weeks to arrive and was the wrong size when it arrived. Returned it but still had to pay shipping cost of 12.00 dollars.

I left a good review about a past order but now I tried to order a 42 inch mower attachment and was told I would have it in 7-11 business days. Didn't say anything about being out of stock. When the pending charge dropped form my card, I called about the order. I was given another date. Ended up calling then several more times and was given another date after checking with shipping department. Today I looked at their web site and the mower was in stock. I called again and was told it would ship out 10 days from now. I said I wanted to talk to someone who would could give me a firm date. Didn't happen. It would go a long way if they would just be honest and say something is on back order and they do not know when it might ship.

I went to purchase a reconditioned Stump Grinder that was listed on your web site. I was told I could not since it was already gone. I didn't want the self perpelled model. So I stopped the call. I ended up receiving a order confirmation for the Self perpelled model I didn't want. Very pushy and unprofessional sales.

I hate when a company lies to me. I ordered a RapidFire Flywheel Log Splitter PILOT K10 on November 1, 2020. When I signed up for anonline account, I noticed that there was an ad stating that the K10 was in stock and would ship within 1 to 3 days. I waited (due to Covid-19) and called November 28th about the status of the order - I was told it would ship December 7th. I called December 7th since my online account stated that the splitter had not shipped. I was told it would be shipped December 11th. I checked online again and it still said that it hadn't shipped. Checked again on December 14th - it said it had shipped! No predicated delivery time. So I called. I was told that there wasn't a tracking number yet so they couldn't tell me. Next day tracking number showed up - order status - waiting to be picked up. I finally did receive the splitter on December 19th. NOTE: I love the splitter! It works great!
