Used website and called representative. Both were great and I was able to order the part I needed for an older piece of equipment. The part was delivered within the time promised, fit and function are perfect, and I got back to work in my garden right after installation!

The gentleman who answered the phone was very knowledgeable about your yard vacuum products and asked appropriate questions to make sure my selection was a good choice for my needs. He also made sure that I would be comfortable with the operation of the equipment and what it could and could not do for the conditions where I would be using it. This individual also exhibited good customer service and interpersonal skills. The methods of shipment and delivery as well as schedules were also discussed. Upselling was also employed for attachments and warranties, but was also done in a professional and appropriate manner. Overall an excellent experience.

From Order to Back yard chopping under 4 days. Assembly was a breeze, started up 1st pull and whacked the first bunch without a hitch. Hope it stays that way!

oreded on sunday got thursday evening, came well packed and fast. unpacked the dr trimer read manual and add oil put wheels on added gas pulled 2 times started right up.looks great this will be my 3rd dr trimmer over the last 25 years .never had any issues ,but a coupled times with the wheels they took care ot it right away.seems like a great company whoild recomend. thanks

In the early 90's we bought a DR Power Wagon for my wife's use in her gardening projects. This was a good buy and a well used item for many years. We eventually traded for a new model a few years ago and it is working well for us. When I needed a string trimmer I naturally went for a DR trimmer mower that just arrived a short time ago.
