I bought a fence line trimmer. I called in and placed my order last week. I was told I will receive the tracking number for my products shortly via email. And I have not received the tracking number yet. It's very important that I receive my equipment on time. This company made very hard to track your products and also even harder to leave your reviews for the future customers. I have yet to receive my product and I already feel bad vibes from this company.

I bought a DR pro 2450 brush cutter last year. I put 5 hours on it and now the blade no longer works. The problems involved are already on a YouTube site, so many people have had trouble with the clutch and mounting. Don’t buy it

What went wrong this time? How about NOTHING ever goes right with DRPower Equipment. Pull 3 times and it starts right up?? NO, I've owned 2 DRPower machines. One was a walk behind brush mower someone gave us, it was EXTREEMLY difficult to start. We recently purchased a walk behind weed eater, used it one year, wintered it properly, and guess what, IT WON'T START!! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE WASTE $$ ON ANY DRPower Equipment.

This is the second time the pulley has come off the shaft of my chipper. The only things holding the pulley on is a small set screw and the belt cover. This time the key between the shaft and the pulley cam out causing the pulley to spin without turning the shaft. The pulley that attached to the motor is firmly attached to the shaft and has never come off. There needs to be a way to more positively attach the pulley to the shaft.

Ordered a walk-behind lawn vacuum 11/11/22. Not delivered until 1/31/23. No parts inside to attach control arm. Additionally, defective part (lower handlebar) could not be attached. Back and forth with company. Still no functional machine. MASSIVE. WASTE. OF. TIME. AVOID.

I had to throw away three power tools from this company because they discontinued the batteries and I had no way of getting any replacement for them.

Trying to order from this company and get teh part is like getting tangled up in a spider web. Our wood splitter is one month over warranty and the 3 parts it needs cost almost as much as the splitter. We will never buy from this company again and now are having to buy a new splitter in the middle of winter from someone else. The main reason I am writing this review, though, is that they have shared my personal information with other companies even though they said they would not. I am now getting junk mail from places like them for equipment that I have never heard from before. When I called customer service to tell them not to save or share my info, the customer service guy talked over me and was extremely rude. He said they could not (would not, is more like it) delete my information because I had ordered from them. Another "customer service"person on an email I sent said they had not shared my name with anyone. (Lie) The one part we ordered (bearing) took too long to get here and then we discovered the other 2 bad parts on our new splitter which cost almost as much as the splitter itself. What a bad experience.

After waiting over 2 months for the Pilot XTSP to arrive and with only 2 hours of use, it's broken. Quality control was bad to start with. Dead battery, holes in handle didn't line up, bolts too short. After I got it assembled with redrilling the holes and using longer bolts, I put it on a battery charger overnight and it would only start if it started right off the first or second push of the button. Any more and the battery was dead. Now after only the third time of use the right rear wheel is locking up. The machine will drive forward about 2 feet and then the wheel locks and drags on the grass. Update 11/02/2022 Customer service contacted me once two weeks ago and asked if I thought the machine had a bad wheel bearing. Here's what I wrote customer service two weeks ago. (As it is right now, the mower is unusable without tearing up the grass. The drive wheel on the left is working but after about 2 feet of travel the right wheel locks up and won’t turn. If I back up and try again it will work for 2 feet and then lock up again. Is the right side rear wheel supposed to be a drive wheel also? I don’t know if the front wheels are supposed to work in tandem because the left front wheel just sort of hangs there, sort of like an idler wheel, not really supporting the front corner. You don’t notice when you’re operating on grass, but on a hard surface the machine pulls hard to the left when engaged and only 3 wheels really make firm contact with the ground. One wheel, either the front left or right rear is slightly off the ground. All this after using it in my front yard one time. I have a 1/4 acre lot. The machine has probably 2 hours on it, maybe 8-10 bags filled.) ---------------------------------------------------------- As of today, 11/02/2022 I haven't received a battery, any answer to my questions, or any reply at all from them.
