I would have given 5 stars, but I had to take the quick loading assembly apart as the first time I tried to load it the spring pushed out. I was able to repair it and it works, but out of the box quality control was spotty for that part. The Unit itself seems powerful, and the engine started and ran on testing easily. Over-all when spring comes this unit seems to be good quality and will work as intended.

Once we got the machine in our possession and used it for an entire day, we are impressed with what the brush cutter could do. The only improvement I would ask is that you send your customers an exact order confirmation and delivery date. Averitt caught us off guard in wanting us to immediately pick up the machine that we didn't know was expected on that date.

Overall, a decent experience, but when I called in to change a equipment delivery schedule I was told it couldn’t be changed since once scheduled by the shipping outfit.

The site was easy to use for ordering parts for my older DR. Part numbers matched my owners manual and all the parts I ordered came within a few days, all in perfect condition and correct. Well done!

Met expectations but question the delivery charges on recent orders.

Free shipping would of been great. I'm a long time customer and I continually order all the time. I will be cutting back since your charging shipping now

Recently purchase a 48" landscape rake. The rake works great! Would have given 5 stars, but the assembly instructions were less than ideal.
