DRPower EquipmentReviews of drpower.com

I purchased the DR EZ bagger electric start leaf and lawn vac. on 10/31/2024 it has saved me time and money the only regret is the I did not purchase the One that has the reusable bag. Thinking about buying the walk behind blower. No problem so far. Happy customer.

Easy purchase. Great communication. Prompt shipping. Great product. Highly recommend.

Wait time to reach the right person was less than a minute. They were very knowledgeable and helpful - and concerned with my issues. Everything ordered was received well packaged.

Agent was very helpful and knowledgeable about the part I needed

“My husband had questions about the additional lifetime warranty that was offered when he bought our mower/trimmer the week before. We were interested; because it extends warranty coverage to 5 years, and it was being offered at a lower cost. Actually, I believe I chose the wrong extension number when we called, and Joshua T. was answering technical support questions. After I explained that, he said he could help us, and he was able to provide all the information we needed. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Josh made the sale. Then we paid for the extended warranty by telephone.”

First of all the quality of the product is better than anything else out there. Secondly the level of support and professionalism is equally as good!!

The salesperson was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Normally calling DR i expect a 30 to 45 minutes hold time. Yesterday it was 2 rings and a pleasant lady took care of my order in minutes
