I was given a DR trimmer/mower in kit form built in 2013. Mike was able to help identify my model, send, me a manual, identifythe cut cable that I needed. He took my order and processed it quickly. Could not have been a better experience. Great service support.

Great produce better than I expected I bought a 4x4 drag. Very heavy duty! Ordered it had it in a few days. Free shipping. I drug my 2.5 acre horse pasture in about an hour. Behind my quad. Great price for the quality of product.

Awesome communication with quick feedback! Very helpful & good customer service!

I have an older Trimmer Mower and thought I would have trouble getting a replacement flat groove idler pulley. Of course, I didn't have a part number and I expected the worst. I had the serial number and in a short time the agent found what I needed. I am very pleased with the help I received.
