Wrong product in order
i had placed a different product in the cart than I had originally decided upon. Removed shower oil and put in matte skin moisturizer. Hit submit, BUT the order is now shower oil and skin corrector. Oh well...done. But not pleased it was so wrong. Please don't blame the customer. I KNOW how to online shop!! Hope the shower oil is A+++++.
Response from DRMTLGYDec 20, 2025
Thank you for sharing this—we’re truly sorry for the frustration caused by the cart mix-up. We never want to place blame on our customers, and we understand how upsetting it is when an order doesn’t reflect your final selections. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can continue improving the checkout experience. If you’d like us to review the order or help make it right, please reach out to us at [email protected] and our team will be happy to assist. We do hope you enjoy the shower oil, and thank you for your honesty and feedback.
