Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The technician was excellent, gentle, professional and calming.

I don’t wear much makeup. I like this product, but I don’t love it. I feel manipulated by being offered a discount then being charged for shipping that doesn’t offset the S&H. I’m irritated by that kind of marketing. I’d rather you find a price point that includes a reasonable S&H charge.

I had a discount from accepting texts which would not compute on the billingsite. This seems somewhat deceptive to me. I will cancel my text availability and question further purchases.
