Y'all, this is a scam. I saw what appeared to be lots of happy customer comments on instagram so I ordered the tinted moisturizer, which says it was shipped with DHL ecommerce a few days ago. A tracking number is provided in the email, and when pressed it sends me to the DRMTLGY website where it has some fake tracking info; but then I went directly to DHL's website and put in the "DHL tracking #" I was provided - it doesn't exist. Anyway, I know my bank will handle it but unfortunately I need to wait a few days to ensure the imaginary delivery doesn't arrive, then go through the fiasco of contacting DRMTLGY so that I can demonstrate to the bank I attempted to resolved the issue with the merchant. Annoying.

DO NOT SUSCRIBE TO ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!!! IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL!

I ordered twice from this company and have never successfully received any product. It’s a total scam and after months of waiting each time, I finally get my money refunded after numerous follow ups.

I ordered a couple of skin care products online and paid through paypal. After I received a confirmation from drmtlgy and from Paypal I received another message from Paypal saying "DRMTLGY LLC has updated the total amount of your transaction". You can guess that it wasn't in my favor. They added about $1.50. What the heck. I immediately emailed the co. and was told that sometimes the price will change because of taxes. Except that taxes were already included. I asked them to either correct the charge or cancel my order. The response was they would unlikely be able to cancel the order. I told them I know they could cancel it and asked for another person to email. I emailed through the other email contact and they cancelled it immediately. So the first person either lied or did not have the ability to cancel. No explanation from the person who ultimately was able to cancel the order as to why they changed the cost. I'm very surprised Paypal allowed this change. I came here to give this review and see there are multiple other issues with this company and I am glad I was able to cancel.

I'm shocked at some of the reviews below. I've been using Drmtlgy for about 2 years. I've never had an issue with empty boxes, delays in shipping, or receiving the wrong product. Actually, Drmtlgy's acne line helped clear up the constant breakouts I had on my chin & their anti-aging line helped clear up the wrinkles I had started getting on my neck. Their universal tinted moisturizer is my favorite! I also recently started using the eye corrector. Some people are saying it causes creases - well, clearly you are using too much LOL I use less than a half a pump for both of my eyes. You don't need a lot. This company has been fabulous. My only complaint is you can't tell when you're running out of product ahead of time because there is no window on the bottle. The price point is also really good compared to other brands.

I've been using DRMTLGY for over 3 years now... Happened to stumble on these reviews and am quite shocked. I've never received the wrong products and I've always gotten my orders in a timely manner. Not one issue in 3 years. And I've been ordering for 3 years because I love their products and what they have done for my skin. It's not going to work for everyone.. all skin is different.. I tried many niche and trendy brands before finding and settling on this one. My skin loves the needless serum and the SPF moisturizer. But that's my skin. Give it a try! If it doesn't work, move on!

If I could give them 0 stars for their customer service, I would. I placed an order 2-3 times and they cancelled it. I contacted their customer service and they replied that someone would contact me in 3 hours. It's been 2 days! I emailed them and no response. I went on their chat, and their rep answered, but left me hanging with no response. I then went on TikTok and ordered the same item and they cancelled my order stating they couldn't deliver to my address, which is not true since I have ordered many things from TikTok. This is deliberate. How does all these orders just get cancelled?? I will spend my money elsewhere. There are a lot of good products in this price point out there and companies that value their customers.

The essential face cleanser has dried my skin out. The sunscreen with SPF 45 has a bad smell. I couldn’t find a phone number for this company so I sent an email. They did not respond. The eye corrector makes my dark circles look worse. They should give me a full refund for all the products I purchased!
