Well, I wish I had read the reviews on this company before placing an order with them just a few minutes ago! Now, I'm afraid I'll have nothing but trouble from them. I really wish Facebook would stop all the ads from these places, so that people don't lose their money fooling with them. I'm going to be on pins and needles now waiting to see if I got ripped off.

I ordered in November 2024 a Luminous Eye Corrector SPF 41 - Medium. After that I didn't buy anything. This company has now charged me twice (Jan 2025 and March 2025) for unauthorised purchases. I wasn’t even on their website when these orders were made! Despite contacting customer service, I received no clear explanation, and I had to chase them to get it resolved. Am still chasing. It’s a shame because their products are actually quite good, but how can I trust a company that processes orders I never placed? They are very smart and trick you into agreeing to send you every two months the ordered product again and even get you into agreeing for deducting from your account. I'm so so so sure I never agreed to that, because I hardly. use make up, so why would I need an eye corrector concealer every two months? Judging by other reviews, I’m not the only one experiencing this issue. Be cautious before sharing your details!

Never received my order, customer service is abysmal. You can do much better elsewhere. Had to engage with my credit card company to get a refund. Skip DRMTLGY entirely.

This is not an honest company. I have several of their products and frankly they’re pretty good. One of them was their eye masks. They were effective and did whatever it said it would. But they were very wet and some of the serum got into my eyes and caused an infection. It took me 2 weeks to recover. So I wrote a review about it, but their website never published it, which means they hide many negative reviews and mostly select positive ones for people to read. They ignored my review until I contacted them about it. Although they refunded me for the eye masks, no answer was provided regarding why my review wasn’t published. It’s been months now and I don’t think they ever will.

I've been getting their products for years and I've never had any trouble with receiving my products on time . I get emails letting me know when they will arrive and the products are always in my mailbox. Unless of weather conditions or holidays and there's no mail , I never have any issues. The products do not break my skin out and I've gotten a routine. Overall I've had a good experience. I order straight from the company, no third parties. I love the face Serum the best. And I've used everything from the anti aging line. Absolutely love the face scurb (:

This customer service is the worst!! I’ve been waiting in an order for weeks now! I’ve emailed so many times with no delivery date and just to say they cant cancel because it’s been shipped. The audacity of them to tell me that I would have to refuse it… when if ever it gets here and take it to the post office where I pay again to send it back. I would not have given Any stars if I could have. Oh and I still haven’t received a delivery date either.
