I purchased the eye corrector online ordering the medium color. Finally received and the color is Deep. Now I’m not lily white and I know I’m not deep. I ordered the medium color, not tan and certainly not deep! Second time I’ve ordered makeup on online from Facebook ads and both times I receive the wrong color of makeup! I’ll go back to purchasing in a real store so I can actually get what I paid for - not what they had a surplus of in their warehouse! Waste of my time and money!! Purchased L.A. Colors concealer, choosing the correct beige color and it works just as good as that expensive stuff. Never again!

I see all of the negative comments and don't get it. Are there counterfeit products that people are getting that don't work? I use the Peptide Night Cream and really like it. It's part of a routine that includes trentinoin, Vitamin C, E Ferulic acid serum and sunscreen. I have used a number of night creams, and really like this one - absorbs well, no scent, skin looks plump and fresh in the morning. I just felt compelled to give my two cents. I don't get the anger - the sunscreen didn't work for me, I sent it back and got a credit - no problems.

I like the products! BUT.. they charge you and don’t send the merchandise. Or they take your order online and then cancel it for no reason. And I’f you do get it.. it takes months. Not worth the hassle.

The customer service is good. However, I wish i had read Trustpilot reviews and not the ones on the companies website. Purchasing this product has prompted me to remove Instagram so I will no longer be fooled by Influencers who outright lie about products being amazing and out of this world. There is nothing special about this tinted moisturizer. Infact, I'd say it's plain average aggitates my skin and causes redness. If I had tested this and the pumpkin enzyme mask in a shop, I wouldn't have wasted my money. Very average product with average ingredients. Nothing to write home about.A product like Trinny London is far superior and more worth the money you'll spend.

I love this brand and I have bought many different products from them. The brightening eye masks, Luminous eye corrector, and the universal tinted moisturiser are my favourite products. Their customer service is professional and prompt and the delivery time isn't too bad, considering I live on the other side of the world from the US. I highly recommend these products.
