Still waiting for my order. (Second one in fact, I didn't receive the first one) customer service was very unhelpful. Supposedly they've ordered a replacement, it's been over five days and more than 17 from my first order. Stay tuned. Not impressed at all!

Ordered three weeks ago and never received items. Contacted the company and they told me originally they couldn’t do anything about it because it was stuck in the shipping facility. Complained to dispute with my credit card. Then was told they will reship. Now, it’s days after that and the only status is that the shipping company is awaiting the item. Lost my trust in the company but most of all loosing patience. Shouldn’t have to wait a month for makeup.

I can't understand the bad reviews ,I was worried first cause of all the bad reviews but on the other hand they have tons of good reviews on other sides so I don't know about that, my experience was actually good although the shipping was a bit confusing, I got tracking information my parcel is in California and it froze for a while but I got an email from the customer service that they noticed it's not moving and having an eye on it without me even asking, I got my package after 12 days but it said it comes from a german address,so actually where I live and not stateside, they products are actually very good ,I got the luminous eye corrector which doesn't leave a white or pinkish hue like other people say it actually corrects and leaves the skin smooth amd hydrated , it's not a concealer ao don't expect super coverage and second I got rhe pumkin enzyme mask which leaves the skin super soft , so probably will try other products as well like the spf tinted moisturizer and needless serum

I have had successful shipments with this company but the last one sat in label creation while they kept telling me it shipped on their end. After WEEKS of waiting, I gave up and asked them to cancel the order. Customer service is virtually non existent. They will gaslight you and say the package has left and there's nothing they can do for you for weeks.

Received the product promptly. Perhaps the company has sorted their customer service issues. I’ve only used it a few times but I like the coverage and easy application.

I love this product! I am in Canada and have never had an issue ordering through Amazon or the website. The important thing to remember is, read the labels and understand exactly what you are using and why. Nothing is a miracle and nothing works over night but if you consistently use the product as instructed for your daily face routine it does work! my skin has never looked better or felt better.

Its not worth it none of them. If i had time i would return all of them. Tinted moisturizer is a joke.wasted my money.

I ordered mine during Black Friday was shipped to Europe, took some time but it was worth it. Just don’t expect a makeup coverage. It just harmonises your skin and is very light on the skin also. Mine is very oily and acne prone and I wear it work for the whole day just pair it with a light concealer and powder and it still looks good at the end of the day.
