I’m sensitive to strong pressure and usually hate powerful showers. Somehow this manages to feel strong but still gentle on the skin. That balance is hard to find honestly. I’m glad it worked out.

There are too many add ons when you check out. They pressure you to buy another product almost to the point of not wanting to complete the purchase.

I do not like the filters..they look cheap..I doubt they work well. I am not sure what results to look for. I have seen any dramatic changes to my hair and skin. I buy high end products for my hair and skin..so I am not able to say..that the showerhead has made a striking difference to my skin or hair.

When I got notice a shipment was coming, after I thought I had moved the next shipment out further, they answered right away, and I was wrong I did not move it as far as I thought. In the end they have now moved it out for me, and I am happy. On another note I love this water softener.
