Three things made the experience of buying the drivse great: (a) the ease of installation and the window so you can see when to change the filter and the stop button, so you don't have to keep adjusting the temp and pressure and the way my whole body felt moist not stripped. Not sure about reduction of hair loss. Too soon to tell. (B) the emails regarding shipping and delays, the amount of time I received the shower equipment. (c) the way my head, hair felt after the first wash. I used pure soap and the shower head did not make me feel like I was losing hair from the pressure of the shower head. Only 2 things that can be better: (1) the plastic the handle is made of is poor quality, it feels like it is going to crack at the treads. (2) the unit for my sink doesn't fit, I have inches and adapters are metric. (3) the filters on the shower get very dirty very fast and the costs of replacing the filters is like a monthly bill.

Great customer service. I love how much water pressure I have with my Drivse shower head. My hair is softer and my skin is not as dry as before since using the Drivse shower head. I definitely recommend!!

I love this product

My initial problem was that the charge was made to my PayPal account before I had completed the form for the purchase. You offered a fair resolution by revising the invoice to show two showerheads and six filters for a total of $56.00 I accepted the offer and received the two showerheads yesterday. I found that the hose kit in my showers were not appropriate for the installation and ordered two proper kits from you. I paid $100.00 for the two kits. Looking forward to being able to enjoy your products!

Good adjustable water pressure. The easy to use on off button is a plus. The filer turned brown almost right away, indicating that there was a lot of dirt in the water Icould not see. Definitley would buy again.

I usually regret buying random things online but this actually worked out. My skin feels calmer after showers now and I’m not dealing with that tight feeling anymore. I didn’t change anything else in my routine so it must be this. Glad I tried it.

I didn't like that they are forcing u too buy other attachments for the shower head. But if u dont it wouldn't allow me to move forward and buy it. Hopefully it all work well and works out no biggie
