I ordered originally last year and my hair became healthier again. My hair before was dry and falling out before i received my Drivse shower head! I am happy with the results. But, the original did give me trouble trying to open it and put a new filter in. So I bought the new 2.0 version! If I could i would give Drivse as a 10!

I thought I was ordering one, of everything. It was confusing with all of the items popping up for sale. I was charged for three IonDrops. Support immediately found the problem when notified. They refunded the money after correcting the order. I appreciate the immediate response and refund. MY IonDrops, shower hose and holder, and IonFaucet, is being shipped.

I purchased the shower head a while go and love. I wanted to upgrade and wanted to purchase the new tap filters but I don't think it was on my order, even though I clicked on it. I am a bit confused. It is a bit annoying when they keep asking you to buy more as I live on my own and am on a pension. However, I really would like the tap filters! If they are not on my order, can you add them please?
Response from DrivseJul 11, 2026

I love my new shower heads. They boost the water pressure, as well as filtering contaminates from water.

I feel that the ad’s were extremely misleading. My old shower head had terrific pressure. This one decreased the pressure so much that it takes me 10 minutes to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. Hasn’t helped my skin at all. Just as itchy as ever. I feel like I have been scammed, and will not recommend this to anyone.
Response from DrivseJul 10, 2026
