I am giving 5 stars on the condition that the 2.0 is an improved version. I ordered the original at least 6 months ago. It cracked at the handle while changing the filter. I was able to repair it, but the next change it cracked again. I repaired and at the next change it was Crack in 1st spot again and now another. This product has been a game changer for my skin and hair and I absolutely love it. Have recommended to several people who have also boughten and love. I just hope new design is more durable!

Great sounding product until you discover only AFTER you've paid that there's further advertising suggesting you really need to spend additional to place filters on ALL of your household taps to gain the full benefits of better skin and hair. Bit of a con ! Secondly, check the advertised price is in your currency, I incorrectly assumed it was in AUD but it's in USD so cost me more. Thirdly, the cost of the filters will add up over the years
Response from DrivseJul 14, 2026
Hi Joe, I understand your concerns — discovering extra costs after purchase, currency differences, and the long‑term expense of filters can feel frustrating. I appreciate you sharing the positives about skin and hair benefits, but I also hear your point about clarity in advertising and pricing. I’ll make sure your feedback is passed directly to the product team, and if you’d like further assistance, please email [email protected] with your order number using the subject line “Trustpilot – Pricing & Filters” so I can personally review your case and ensure you receive a clear resolution within 24 hours.
