I received my shower head and when I installed it, water only came gushing out of the bottom of the shower head (where you screw it onto the water line). I tried several times with no luck. Ironically, when I screwed the original shower head back on, there was no leakage anywhere. Conclusion: there’s a big problem with Drivse shower head. I will also note that it looked and felt cheaply made. It’s mainly made of plastic, which I was willing to overlook if it actually worked!

The water flow is amazing and I don't feel overly dried out after showering!

I accidentally clicked ‘yes’ to purchase and despite contacting the company immediately to notify them, I had 3 emails to their official email address returned by Microsoft as unknown before one worked. I NEVER received an invoice or receipt for my purchase so had no record of what I’d purchased or for how much. Once I finally managed to get an email through to them, I had to wait several days before being told that the order had been despatched immediately (despite receiving a notification from them asking me to patient as they couldn’t send out my order for a while) and I had to wait 2 weeks for the order to arrive. You cannot return the order without getting authorisation from them and it has to be tracked shipping which I have no idea how expensive that will be - imagine a lot -. There has been no help, no understanding, absolutely useless customer services. I feel this is a great scam. I hope people read these reviews before committing to buying anything from Drivse.

The shower head is angled to high and can’t adjust far down enough to reach our bodies. Works great otherwise. But no good for our shower stall

It has been over three weeks since I ordered and still have not received my order?

I never got the product.

Yesterday I have removed my shower after 3 weeks and refitted the original that I was previously frustrated with: My motivation for buying your product was the promise of better pressure/forse. My initial reaction after fitting the Drivse was that it did not really feel stronger, but the fact that it had a bit of a finer spray gave an impression of a 'fuller/stronger' shower. But it was not sensational. And the fact that water was constantly flowing from the Stop Knob made me wonder if that was what was hindering the pressure I was seeking for. But the last week even that perceieved pressure has faded, and we returned to the original old head with larger holes spread wider apart, even though it never delivered pressure.
