Had a friend stay over and she literally came out the bathroom saying what shower is that. She ordered hers on the spot before leaving. I think that says enough haha.

I ordered 3 of your shower heads and really not running any harder than the original shower heads I had. Also when I ordered them I didn't order filters for replacement filters but you added them (6@$12.96 each) for $77.70. Now getting you to tell me how to send back is like pulling teeth. I shouldn't have to pay shipping charges for your mistake to Portugal from USA

I made the mistake of unscrewing one of the 2 shower heads I bought. I wanted to see how the filter fit into the handle. Now I cannot get the filter down far enough to put the handle back. How in the world am I supposed to put in new filters once a month when I can't get this one back in!!!!!

It leaks. I have tried to seal it, but it leaks and runs down the kine.

I sort of received it timely. I was told it was on the way one day, and the next day that it was delayed. And then received it about five days later. Overall receipt of the item was good. I received it yesterday and installed it last night. The first thing I did was fill a pitcher of water for my cat's water dish. So far, the dishes seem to remain scum free. I took a shower this morning and it was more comfortable. By the end of the day I am usually itching all over and that IS NOT HAPPENING! HOORAY! I really like the stop feature on the shower head. The ordering process was tricky. I ordered "buy 3 get 3 free" of the filters but was charged for the "buy 6 get 6 free" offer. Notified them of the problem. They made a note of it, only sent the "buy 3 get 3" but did NOT get credit back the difference in the price. That is the worst of my problem.

This Item is exactly as advertised!!! Awesome!!!
