I only received the 2 filters. Still waiting for the shower heads. Well now it is Christmas. One was for my 93 year old mother. Yes June 10 1932 is her birthday. The other for me. Please send as soon as possible. So disappointed.

The moment that I ordered it, till the time that it came was brief. The fact that it actually worked is unbelievable. I would recommend this product to anyone was having problems with their shower.

I don't love the increase in my water bill. There should be a setting on the flow adjustment dial for lower pressure. Also, the subscription for extra filters was slipped in without my consent. Too expensive.

Its been over a month since I ordered my new shower system. I still have NOT RECEIVED IT. It makes me wonder if its going to arrive at all. A lesson to me not to order things I see in Facebook ads.

The whole product is cheaply made and it didn't even come with the hose or the holder !! I had way better water pressure with the builder grade shower head that came with the house !! It took forever to receive it !! I am so sick of all the commercials on the internet cuz they tricked the hell out of me !! I was kid waiting for Christmas for it to arrive and when it did I looked like an idiot because it sucks !! Worst product of 2025!!!

My wife ordered the shower head, (not the filters) but your company charged me for the filters ($118). Did not want the filters, just the head. Now I am having a hard time trying to return the filters and get a refund.
