I want a refund, I haven't used it and I didn't want it because of the price I've been trying to get a refund

I just happened to browse the website. And see promotion. Thought getting one since promotion on. When I fill up all payment it didt went thru yet, as they asked to purchase more before I could proceed, so I just erase and select back to u complete my order. As I decided not to purchase. Somehow my back deducted the amount. I seek for refund!!! Under code T08633 and T08985. Cost me 2 head for $200! It's a Scam. Need refund!!

Never receive the product. Tried nurorious times at least (8)to reach support and no resopse. I asked for a refund and NO respone this had been going on for a few months SO BEWARE BEWARE IT SEEMS LIKE THIS IS A SCAM

Don’t go near this company. Tried to return for credit. They had to be shipped to Portugal for over $200. Total scam. Costco needs to get rid of any support they are giving them. Costco needs to be held accountable for promoting them.

I placed my order on Nov.22,25. It took at least 2 weeks to get my order. I was charged 77.70 for my 3 shower heads the i elected to get 6 extra filters for another 74.97. So that should be the end of it! Nope today, Dec. 24,25 Drivse tried charging my cc,that I did not elect to be saved for further purchases, another 74.97. Absolutely unacceptable! I specifically elect not to have my card saved on any site because of this crap!

The shower head is nice, but the filters are absolutely ridiculously high in price, I always promised a refund of $59 in less than 10 days and it is now 12 days going on 13 and I still have not received a response from them or my refund at all, so I would suggest going to Amazon and looking for something similar that doesn't cost so much money because the filters were $119 which is absolutely nuts for 12 of them. So I'm not going to buy them again unless I get my refund and they lower the price.

BACK ORDERED will not arrive in \canada before \christmas....

I received the hand held nozzle. Am I suppose to get the hose? Is there any more on my order I am suppose to receive?
