I was sceptical about it initially, but it is exactly as you see it in the ads. Very solid material, it should not be easy to break. ,And doubled my shower’s water pressure.

TOTAL SCAM!!! WHAT WAS CHARGED TO MY ACCT WAS NOT WAS ORDERED (OVER $250) NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEAK TO ONLY A FORM TO FILL OUT. I HAD TO GET MY BANK INVOLVED AND FILE A DISPUTE.. LONG AND BEHOLD THEY CHARGED MY ACCT AGAIN ALMOST A MONTH LATER FOR WHAT I HAVE NO IDEA . NOW I HAVE TO CLOSE OUT MY BANK CARD AND GET ANOTHER. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHMARE TO DEAL WITH.

The shower head fitted perfectly. However, it did nothing to improve the water flow pressure. I was not interested in the filters.

Your delivery of my order was extremely slow and you started sending me all sorts of solicitation emails daily right away. I ordered 3 shower heads, 12 additional filters, and 3 hose kits. The hoses need to be longer (at least a foot), as they are way too short and the showerhead holder really could be re-engineered so it doesn't have the showerhead point at such a high angle.

I can't use the shower head just by itself there are parts not received to convert my shower. I thought this would come and be used as a handheld shower .

I went on Drive site to look at their shower head & compare to other products. They sent an email that I ordered a diet head & 6 filters. Try as I may I could not stop the shipment. They said I could send it back at my cost. I took it to UPS they said it works be over 120.00 to send it back. Then they had to never to send me filters. Had to call the bank to stop them from shipping more. I have had so much trouble with these over seas companies. If it's not on Amazon.. witch these are for 1/4 of the price don't buy.
