No business is without problems. How it handles those problems determines the quality of the enterprise. Unfortunately, these people utterly fail. Their shower head is acceptable, but not great. Twice they have shipped product to me that I didn't order. I have requested an approval to return the items. First they stonewalled me then finally they sent an approval with instructions to return the items to an address in PORTUGAL! And, they expect me to pay international shipping costs even though the products were sent from an address about 20 miles away from my house. No, thanks.

Ijust upgraded from last year's model. I am very pleased with the product. However, when I ordered this time the deal said buy 6/ get 6 filters. I added that to my cart and then the website glitched and kept going back to add more filters screen. I had to add another 6 on to my order before I could check out which should have equalled buy 12/get 12. I only got a total of 12 filters for $120! That's ridiculous! I got 12 filters last year for$20. The shower head isn't worth all that. I tried posting this on Drivse website, but it wouldn't accept my review. Not surprised.

I loved the shower until I found out I had ordered a total of nine (9) of these thinking I was ordering the insert. Totally disappointed. Where do I get them? Thanks.

The website is horrible to hard to follow and understand. Ordered shower head then canceled 3 minutes later they still sent it. Cheap plastic. Don’t take returns unless you want to paying shipping which goes out of the country. Still charging my account for ion drops that they say I opt into get. Which I didn’t opt into anything they are a scam.

So far so good!! I've only been using this for about 3 days now, the pressure is amazing!! I thought our old shower head was great but this is so much more and I love that I can take it off the holder to clean my shower.

My unit came in about a week and a half ago. I waited a few days to have it installed by a professional. That same day I went to use it the pice that hold the handle broke off because it’s plastic! I sent an email with pictures to the support team about a replacement, no one contacted me. I’m not going to stop until I get the product that I ordered or a damn refund. I even ordered the 12month filter supply, this is such a big disappointment…..😡
