Product lacks multiple settings
Hi. I think by having only two settings is a disadvantage One setting comes out a lot stronger than I prefer in the other setting I don’t know what that is supposed to be At this point, I probably will not buy another device Thank you

No response for return/refund
Just received a message from them offering to "accelerate" the return. Only 7 months after my initial contact. I don't have the product any longer and just wrote it off as a lesson learned. Too little too late. Sorry, but the review stands. This company has horrible customer service! After communicating that I could not install the showerhead due to space constraints, I was told it could be returned (along with the cartridges) for a refund. After multiple emails, still no resolution, although they did offer me an installation kit which still would not work. Obviously, the return policy is misstated. Can't comment on the shower head itself, but the company has some serious customer service issues.

I received 3 shower heads no holders…
I received 3 shower heads no holders was charged almost $75. Then 3 mos later was charged almost $75 again for 3 $3 filters. It's a scam.

I loved it
I loved it . It works just as it said and improved my hair not breaking away as much now . My skin so much softer now and no itchy after using it .

Cancelled my order within a very short…
Cancelled my order within a very short time from ordering but ignored my request am on tank water only at home and realised didn’t need any chemicals removed from water and knew that filters would not last long asked numerous times to cancel but ignored so absolutely useless for me asked for refund
