I obviously made a mistake in ordering. When I realized the problem, I reached out to Drivse web site expecting to have to wait til a regular business day. They were right there on a late Sunday evening, took care of the problem and were just wonderful.

Shower head didn’t even last a year, cheap plastic it’s got pin holes in it and they spray every where by the threads for the filter. Please stop sending the filters, As I don’t have a use for them.

Drivse not only sent the shower head and filters I paid for, but then helped me so much with the hose needed. I'm talking they emailed back and forth to get everything to work with me, and I think 5 STARS isn't even enough! They need the option of at least 10 STARS! I LOVE DRIVSE, and the shower head is incredible! Everything I expected and more... Please believe me that this is worth every penny! Don't delay. Look at how many people have bought them. That's not a coincidence!!! My sister and my niece are happy as a clam 😁😉
