Worst product and company! When I returned a plastic shower head to Portugal, they never picked up box from customs. This is a deceptive product and organization. Don't throw your money away. If I could have given negative stars I would have.
Response from DrivseAug 21, 2026
Hi Joyce, I understand how upsetting it is that your return wasn’t collected from customs — please email [email protected] with your order number and write “Trustpilot – Return Not Collected” in the subject line so I can ensure this is resolved within 24 hours.

Everything works well. I only wish that the shower head adjustment, while in the holder, would have more flexibility. Downword motion is too limited.
Response from DrivseAug 21, 2026
Hi Del, I’m glad the water feels softer and the product works well — I’ll share your feedback on the holder adjustment so we can improve.

How do I clean the showerhead? we have hard h20 and the head is cloged.
Response from DrivseAug 21, 2026
Hi Harold, I see the issue with hard water clogging — gently scrub the nozzles with a soft brush after soaking the head in vinegar solution, then flush with warm water to restore flow.
