The box arrived on schedule! It was very easy to assemble. The shower works great very powerful stream of water feels great too. If there is one thing to improve...it would be the settings for the shower one or two other options would be perfect. It is great now.

My landlord would not allow me to modify the shower head. I sent an email to the company, received verification of receipt, however, that was last month, and I have not received a reply! In their advertisements, they touted easy returns, however, not the case!l My feelings are that a company is only as good as it's customer service.

I like the pressure from the item. However, I’ve only had it installed for 3 weeks and it cracked and now sprays water everywhere. The materials are cheap and don’t last. For the price, I expected better quality

I can't write a positive review for product's I never received. The only water pressure I feel today is in my tears.

I had to replace the shower head after about a year, there were some pinhole size leaks in the shower head. I reached out to customer service and they wouldn’t replace it, only offered a discounted price.
