The shower is a cheap piece of junk. Also filters that were not ordered was stolen out of our bank account. Customer service team are not able to return the money. I wanted to send all merch back. And they said I have to send it back to China, but will not give me an address. Do not buy nothing from these crooks.

The way the water feel coming out of the shower head, feels different than before. Lot softer and filters seems to be working.

The handheld shower works great. It has great pressure and it really gets the shampoo, conditioner and soap off you when showering. I would have liked it to have something to hold the shower head so I don't have to try and lather up and hold the shower at the same time.

I decided to NOT order after doing a little research. You get a shower head. That's it. No kit/hose to install. 1 filter. If you click off the auto filter reorder button the price goes up on the showerhead. Hmmm?! Replacement filters run 3/$40. Need to replace every 30 days. To pricey for my liking. Apparently cheaply made as well. Yeah, hard pass.

I have been trying to order filters for weeks. my order just came through and it was a little bag of 10. Your site does not say how many in a unit/ bag. I have purchased 6 of these shower heads. love them but not the difficulty of getting the filters. a very important part of the whole product.
