I bought three of their shower…
I bought three of their shower products! All three stared leaking from the piece thar houses the filter! I bought four bags of the filters thinking this piece of junk was going to last for years! I wrote them explaining that the housing for the section housing the filter was poorly made, in that it started to leak by the time you changed the filter three times! Never got a response from them!

DIdn't work for me
I bought 2 shower heads for 2 separate showers. They did not install into my existing showers, lacking the appropriate cords. I contacted you for a return and was told it basically wouldn't be worth it financially. You offered to send one appropriate shower cord that didn't work with the shower head. I was forced to buy my own cord elsewhere since it was obvious that the cord you sent didn't go with the nozzle. I can only use the 1 shower head at this point using my own hardware I bought. In addition, you keep sending me filters, and now I have 8!! PLEASE IMMEDIATELY STOP SENDING ME FILTERS!!

I don't notice much of a change and…
I don't notice much of a change and it's been 30 days now. The initial charge was only to be $39 but they charged my card over $100 and just noticed another charge today for $39.99. This money filter stops today!

I like the idea of the filter but I Miss My Massage Mode
I like the idea of the filter, but I think that it doesn’t matter much for me because I live in the city! For me, I have lost my massage power in the shower! It just comes down softly! Fine for my husband, but not for me! I really thought that it was powerful enough for the massage but I was wrong! I did have more power in my other shower head! I miss my Massage Mode! Joanne Szabo

Installation was a breeze
Installation was a breeze, but I was expecting a lot more pressure behind the spray - and honestly, I'm surprised that there are only two actual spray settings, both very gentle; they could only barely rinse my hair (which reaches below my shoulder blades). The third setting produces nothing more than a mist - and it's so fine that by the time it reaches me, it's already chilled to room temperature! The shut-off button is a nice touch and occassionally useful.
