Poor Product that Does not work as advertised
Do not buy this product it does not work. Also you can not talk to a person and DRIVSE will only will communicate with you online. They have the worst return policy and all they want to do is keep your money. Also be careful because I turned down the monthly subscription online and behind my back they signed me up for a monthly subscription that you have to pay for so they can automatically ship you cheap filters as part of the subscription. If you try and return the product they will refuse your return and will not refund your money. Also the return policy starts when you place the order not when you receive the order. Be careful this is a very shady company. I don't know how they are still in business. Trust me they will rip you off. I had to put in a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund. Trust me you will have an issue with this company and the product. This is all show and no go on the product side. The product looks good on line and when you receive the product it is cheap plastic. The product description indicates that it will increase the water pressure but this is not the case. I found that the product doesn't work which is the real dispute. I believed in the marketing behind the product and was willing to take a chance since my child suffers from dry skin. The product did not work. Don't buy the product. Dominic M
