DrivseReviews of drivse.com

I thought the hose and atachments came with it. Very disappointing!!!

I purchased 2 if the shower head in Jan and both had a Crack and sprayed water out, at first they said it maybe the gasket and to troubleshoot the issue. I sent pictures of the Crack and yes they sent me a replacement. The shower head material feels and looks cheap. Recently I got a charge on my account, im not sure why I didn't sign up for any subscription and there's no # to call and now the support email says email cannot be sent. I should have known this company was a scam probably ran by bots. When a company has no 800 customer svc number to call that's a clear sign to stay away. I wish I had read the reviews before purchase.

I ordered the wrong size shower head, I need a 6" or more size. Yours is much smaller and I have a broken shoulder, I cannot use a handheld device. Please just send me your return address and allow me to mail them back to you. Your website either won't show up ( a danger, site will not load your message appears) or if I read the fine print on one of your websites that sells filters I see you offer a 30 to 60 day warranty. If I do not get a return address from you, I will probably just mail it back to the return address that it came with (on the label when they shipped it out to me.) I would expect a full refund. Thanks, Joanee

This filtered shower head decreased my water pressure to trickles. Also, makes my water temperature fluctuate. Can't take a shower anymore until I replace shower head and can't even return this useless shower head. My cheap old shower head that was held together with a rubberband had great water pressure and water temperature never fluctuates. After buying this filtered shower head I knew it was going to cause problems, for one had to buy multiple parts to complete the set, I did not like that when I could have bought a complete shower head set for less from Lowes or Menards. Awful product!!!!.

Very responsive customer service. They doubled my order and promptly made it right. The showerhead is great

Seems to increase water power. It is great. I seemed to have missed placed my order confirmation. Can you possibly tell me how to find it.

After a few weeks of use, there came to be a crack at the seam in the handle which would spray a stream of water out of it. Had to revert back to my old shower head.

If I could give a lower review I would! It is cheaply made and when you want to return it they do NOT stand behind their product. I immediately contacted them (through email ONLY! They do NOT give you a customer Service number!). The return policy states that will give you the money back AND the mailing fee would be covered. They first offer a 50.00 shopping credit, then a 40% money back and the return and shipping is out of your pocket plus a 10% “handling fee”. Do NOT buy this product!
