Item came without the install kit
Item came without the install kit. They wanted me to buy a kit for $50 in addition to the $50 I spent on the shower head and 3 filters. Multiple emails from 4 different CSR's offering discounts, etc. Then they wanted me to return it to China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Gonna sell what I have at a garage sale for $.50 Update, they sent me a ton of emails and now they want to make sure I am a real customer

Failed delivery of unit and their carrier wrote down wrong address
I ordered the shower head and extra filters. After some time and it not arriving, I sent a message to their customer service asking for the tracking. I was informed that I had given the wrong address by one number in the address. I told them there was no way I gave the wrong number as this is automatically presented in the address listing. They claimed I had to pay a 30% surcharge based on the entire purchase price to have it rerouted to the correct address. I said to them that means if I don't pay the 30%, I don't get the shower head and they confirmed saying it was out of their hands. After more conversation, it was stated the courier wrote down the wrong address and could not make the delivery at which I told them this was not my fault and it was their responsibility to get their carrier to deliver to the correct address and not mine. They refused to take responsibility and now I have loss the shower head unit and nothing to show for it. Extremely bad business and totally no regard for their customers and handling their carriers.

I really like the on/off feature
I really like the on/off feature. A good water saving feature.. It is powerful. I had it adjusted wrong at first. It hit me right in the eyes. It took me a little time to recover. Watch out for your eyes, it is very powerful. I love the three-speed adjustment switch. The lite setting is like a misty shower. The full setting is for a good scrub. I would help younger children at first it could be overpowering. It is for adult showers, not a toy for children. I really like the quality material of the shower head. It should last for years. I would highly suggest a quality shower adjuster to hang the shower handle. The showerhead definitely needs adjustability for children and adults. It is definitely a quality-built item. Thank you.
