I made an order that ended up wrong. The support staff were all very nice and understanding. My order was canceled and refunded . The support team responded very quickly to my numerous emails.

The advertisement looked simple enough. Replace your old shower head with the Djverse filtered water one and your whole body will be happier. As I began my order the delivered price grew with add ons. I stopped my order, left the process, and a few hrs later I’m thanked for the order. 3 shower heads on the order. I haven’t heard from support@diverse .com.

Prior to this message I'm on the phone with about 4 different people at my credit card company for over an hour BECAUSE "DRIVSE" has charged my card for a consecutive cycle March 6 & April 3 2026. 9188715041 comes up invalid, 7303168295 says cannot be completed. The #'s were on record with my card company/ they gave me those to contact DRIVSE and request you discontinue any charges. I have no recourse to accomplish that. YOUR PRODUCT IS WEAK in operation and in components (doesn't spray as in the video,filter is incapable of your claims of what it does, it's made of low grade materials, doesn't come with the hose) and can't be worth more than 5$ in my assessment. If I have to go the the inconvenience of changing my credit card and reestablishing my reoccurring transactions I may have to respond in a fashion that does not favor your business.

This company is a total SCAM!! STAY AWAY!! SURE, they'll sell you a cheap shower head, but then they get you by charging reoccurring fees for filter replacements that YOU NEVER REQUESTED, but somehow inadvertently clicked a button that authorized it. They send the credit card company a 15 page document in a foreign language that supposedly supports these monthly reoccurring charges. I had to cancel my credit card to STOP THE MADNESS!!

I ordered shower heads for my home. One was fine the other was defective. I am NOT giving five stars to the overall product in terms of them shipping me something that wasn’t correct. I am giving a 5 star review to Leonyvi and the team in customer support for responding very quickly to my issue and immediately shipping a replacement. Overall I am pleased with the product and the improved quality of the feel of the water and it has definitely improved the quality of our showers. If you are reading this review. Deduct half a point for shipping something defective however the response team and the product itself are extremely good.
