Everything went wrong in my experience with this company. I ordered. I never received my order. I tried to reach the company. My emails to its support all bounced back as undeliverable. I have no way to contact the company. Yet, the company emails me. Then, it sought to confirm a monthly subscription which I did not confirm. Yet, it started to charge me monthly as if I did. A complete and utter fraudulent scam. BEWARE! [Drivse.com has responded below, but the email address it provided is the very one that ALWAYS bounces back as undeliverable. If you'd truly like to assist me, Drivse.com, then provide me with a full refund. Thank you!]

I didn’t expect to notice anything but after a week I did. My hair just feels lighter once it dries.

I checked the filter after a few weeks and honestly kinda gross lol. But it also made me feel better knowing that stuff isn’t landing on my hair and skin anymore. Living with hard water you just accept certain things. So seeing it actually catch stuff was reassuring.

Excellent customer from Joyce, Seth, John and Chris (sorry if forgot anyone) - they answer so quickly and questions are answered and actions if needed are taken immediately.

Their customer service is great. Helped me with my issue in a fast and timely manner. So customer service deserves 5 stars. But I gave 3 because their price for filters are way too high. Also I didn’t even get notification that they were going to ship a filter to me eventually when I ordered a shower head it signed me up on a subscription for filters.

I contacted the company and the person responding to my questions and request was prompt and professional. Issue was resolved in a timely manner.

My original review is buried somewhere amongst the many poor reviews back in January of this year. In November of last year, I ordered 2 showerheads. I had refused every offer for a subscription for filter replacements. In December, a second charge for the same amount hit my credit card. I spent a full month going back and forth with these scam artists. For those looking for the return address, here it is - and yes, you'll have to pay for international return shipping: Return Address: Name: VANILLANUMBERS LDA Address: APARTADO 001004, EC ROTUNDA - BRAGA Postal Code: 4710-998 City: BRAGA Country: PORTUGAL The 2 filters that I was charged $60 for, came in an envelope wuth a return address in Irving, Texas (that's the DFW area). I looked up that address and it's a shanty little building with multiple garage doors like a warehousing district.I reported these people to the FTC. It took a month to get my money back and though I made no return (because I wasn't going to pay whatever the exorbitant fee would be for 2 filters that I did not order to ship international), they still kept 10% for a restocking fee. They never had to restock anything. These people are CRIMINALS OF THE WORST KIND. I HOPE THE USG CATCHES UP TO THEM!!!!
