Hi Dave, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I understand the concern about clarity. The product shown is the wand attachment, but it does connect fully with the rest of the device. If you’d like, I can provide a detailed video showing the complete unit with all connections so you can see exactly how it works. Hi Lynette, Thank you for sharing your experience. I understand how the height and spray strength can feel uncomfortable, especially when you prefer a gentler flow directly overhead. The three settings are designed to offer variety, but I hear your concern that one of them doesn’t provide enough coverage for shampooing. I’m glad the stop button feature has been useful for you, and I’ll make sure your feedback about the spray strength and settings is passed along to the team for review. Hi Karen, Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying the shower head and found our customer service team helpful in adjusting your cartridge replacement frequency. I understand how having an adjustable attachment to lower the shower head could make it more convenient, and I’ll be sure to share that suggestion with the team. It’s great to know the stop button and overall experience have worked well for you.
