The item is cheap plastic, it DOES NOT make the water pressure better and it is nothing like the advertising. BEWARE. When purchasing they make you agree to terms for a great price, but the fine print is that you are agreeing to a 28 day recurring charge. BE VERY AWARE

First, there was no reference made to needing to pay for additional parts for shower head to be used. The company tried to upsell me a $70 diverter and flexible hose. After wanting to send them back there product, they said they would send me the additional parts at no cost. That was 10 days ago and am still waiting to be able to use the shower head, so no review on that yet
