I like the shower head but I really dislike how you add additional charges for filter replacements and Ion drops when I did not order them! All I wanted was the shower head but the initial cost came in at 169.00 Canadian then two additional charges if 56.05 for filters and Ion drops. The shower head works ok and feels like more pressure but it is only due to the flow restriction valve is not on these heads. I will never purchase another unit due to the unethical business practices you employ. Please do yourself a favour and do some research ahead of time and see how many others have been charged all these additional charges that they did not want. I wish I had done so before purchasing. My card was being billed even before they had shipped one filter only received the filter after they had billed my cc for the next filter. This shower head is in the guest bathroom and has only been used twice since installation. I do not require an $56.06 shower head filter every month! Ended up canceling my CC and got a new one to stop the charges.
