Drive CaramelReviews of drivecaramel.com

Valerie was absolutely amazing the best customer service I've ever had and I'm in the customer service field. Im currently deployed to Romania she understood I was only home for a few days and she did everything she could to rectify my situation with my title and DMV. Valarie needs to be recognized and applauded for her efforts

The process was a little intimidating at first but it turned out to be fairly simple and very efficient.

I did receive payment for the vehicle I sold. But the process was totally unclear and confusing. Every day, for weeks, I received an email saying payment was "in process." There was never any clear explanation of the what was needed to complete the transaction. Both seller (myself) and buyer were baffled. We muddled through and got it done. But there needs to be a much clearer explanation of the steps and the sequence during the transaction.

Prompt, real human support. Easy way to facilitate an automobile transaction.

As a first-time user, I found the post-auction handoff to Caramel unintuitive and confusing. During the process, the system automatically selected an in-person pickup option that I did not intend to choose. Finding support was difficult, as contact information was not readily available and required two emails to your team to obtain. Furthermore, when I spoke with the Caramel representative, their dismissive attitude was unprofessional. To improve the user experience, I recommend conducting human factors testing with new users to better clarify task dependencies. Additionally, adding a help page with post-auction scenarios would greatly improve clarity for future buyers.

Great experience, seamless and stress-free transaction. Took care of everything.

We had an Excellent experience with Stephanie! We were purchasing a vehicle in another state (Texas, we are in NY) thru E Bay and had to do everything online via our only internet access, a cell phone. Neither myself nor my sweetheart are very techno savvy and it was a daunting prospect. We had to repeat some of the necessary actions Multiple times because they just Wouldn’t work as they should have. It was Beyond frustrating. BUT!, then Stephanie happened! She contacted us and told us the Seller had completed his part and that we could call her if we required assistance. We Did! And She did! Help that is. With information and instructions How to achieve what was necessary. We spoke to Stephanie a few times as well as texted her. She responded promptly and was incredibly Kind and Patient with us, not to mention Genuinely friendly. With her sweet assistance the sale and transfer of funds was completed! We are Beyond grateful to her! I am not at all sure we could have done it without her. Pretty sure we Couldn’t have actually. This woman deserves a commendation. You just do Not, these days, receive True customer service like she provided. Thank You!! Stephanie! ♥️

The transaction was very responsive and effort effortless. I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.
