After a buyer was secured, it took a month for the sale to be finalized. The process that would have taken a day took 30! and at every step both the buyer and the seller had to make multiple calls/ multiple uploads. When we did call the customer support people were courteous and did their best. The process was HORRIBLE. and the website was bad also. Do not use this 'service'

Caesar was fabulous and invested in what I needed to happen. I am grateful that we had the opportunity to connect and work together. Caramel did a nice job and supported me through the process. Service delivery as promised. Most of all simple plain English directions without the typical gobbledegook. Prompt responses makes transacting pleasant and easy.

I have purchased two cars from EBay and couldn’t be happier! Initially, this was a little outside my comfort zone but I took the risk and bought the best car I have ever owned. A Lexus 350. Lower miles than anything at the dealership and thousands of dollars less money on EBay. The process of purchasing the second car was easy. They have the system seamlessly set up which makes it simple to do. My only caution is to watch for and READ any documents pertaining to the Warranty. Make sure it is exactly what you want (or don’t want) before signing Warranty documents. Highly recommend as the largest car dealership in the United States!
