The drive caramel team has been responsive and timely. They are also wonderful to deal with when we have challenges with customers.

Even though the communication between the groups (i.e. car dealership, banks, admin group) was spread out from Detroit, Maryland, Florida to Arizona), I think the whole task of getting the car delivered to completing the admin paperwork went very well. The time involved was expected which is the only drawback. I am here so others can rely on my experience that this company Caramel (Ebay) is legit and fully capable of getting things done. Outstanding work by Taylor and Devin.

One of their people Spencer reached out to me and helped with with the process it really made a difference to talk to someone and have their direct number and quick response added a cherry on top .
