Well eBay motors was confusing and not very clear but these people were so helpful. So really all my feedback is about eBay motors. They need to let the seller know a picture of the VIN on the car is needed. The car happened to be at a different location than I was at so I had to travel there to go get that. Then it was not clear how the pick up was going to work. The buyer said all he had to do was click that he picked it up. On my end it says the order is complete but then later on I noticed it also said I needed to scan the buyer code. So it should not say the order was complete it should say the next step is to do this.

Ran into problems with the Secure Pay software. Adam fron eBay Motors proactively intervened and solved the problem quickly. Superb customer service and leadership on his part - outstanding!

Purchase transaction - quite good. Registration and licensing - It is taking a long time for Caramel to get back to me.

God morning. The one and only reason I am giving this review a 5 star rating is because 1 person working at EBay went above and beyond to get me through your extremely flawed process. Alley Fausette is the only person that gave me the time of day to make my purchase possible.if it were not for her,I would have cancelled this $11,960.36 1 week into the process that is stiil not even completed. There are so many issues and glitches within this so called secure buying process that is probably going to turn a lot of people away. Every time I hit a road block because your process would not allow me to follow through with what needed to be done,Alley was the most understanding and helpful person that I have ever dealt with in my life. I can’t thank you enough Alley for taking the time to untangle this klutzy process and allowing me to follow through with my purchase,you are a true asset to the company.

This was my first time buying a car using online services and the unknown was a bit scary. He definitely took the time to calm my fears and connect the dots. Super excited to be driving my “new to me” car!!

This is my first time buying a vehicle through ebay and there were a few misunderstandings throughout the process but the costumer service was very quick to resolve any issue I had. Alley was my customer service agent and was both quick to respond and very helpful throughout. If nothing else, people like Alley make this transaction service worth it.
