Drive CaramelReviews of drivecaramel.com

They canceled my sale. I'm reading nothing but horrible reviews. Apparently it's a disaster waiting to happen in my opinion. Do not click on secure payment. I couldn't proceed without giving them tons of personal information including my social security number. Now I'm reading eBay and it's telling me if I want all my personal data delete it I have to delete my eBay account. This should not only be illegal there should be a class action lawsuit against them.

Drive Caramel’s been super helpful, with phenomenal customer service and a great staff. Anthony L. really stands out, going above and beyond to make the experience smooth and friendly.

Dealing with Caramel has been a insanely awesome experience. Anthony L. our rep is excellent to work with and makes our experience so much better! Amazing team and service !

No company should have this many one star reviews. I hate that I have to be one of them, but nothing about my experience so far with Caramel has been transparent or timely. The buyer and I are communicating and sharing our frustrations. It has taken Caramel 3 weeks just to process his deposit. Phone calls are not returned. Notifications are nonexistent. At this rate it will take months for this vehicle sale to be completed. I've offered to refund the buyer's deposit just to end this experience with Caramel. Update on 6-6-26: it’s completely irrelevant to me the customer whether eBay or Caramel processes the buyer's deposit; the buyer gave up and requested the sale be canceled which eBay did on 5/27.

Very professional…no pressure. Customer service was excellent!

Caramel used Power of Attorney to sign on my behalf the title that otherwise typically require in person signing. I am fortunate that credit application and financing was available within the system. That is what we call convenience in modern age of digital. I was able to call customer service and they were quick to answer my inquiries. Bought 2020 Toyota Prius Prime XLE (108K miles)
