DO NOT BUY - I purchased starter kit and all was good. I have subsequently have two fake orders placed and money taken from my account. When contacted they always do the whoops sorry bollards total and utter scammers

I ordered a trial pkg on October 5th. Drift took $15.22 out of My bank account & sent nothing/Emailed over a handful of times with no response back from anyone in that company/Their phone number does not work at all so you can’t reach anybody by email or phone. I’ve been trying to find out where my package has been and now they go and charge me $19.02 on November 5th without my consent. Why would I order more product when I didn’t even get the first product? This company is a rip off.

They are back. Already sent in one review, but now confirmed this company is fraudulent. Drift set me up on a fraudulent reoccurring order subscription without my knowledge and continue to bill my credit card. I got on their site and cancelled the subscription they set up, but apparently it doesn’t work or they override it. This is a scam. If you make a one time order, they will set you up on a reoccurring subscription and even when cancelled they continue to bill you. Do not order from Drift. I will be reporting to this to State Attorneys General office.

The subscription is auto renew, and very difficult to cancel. The scents last a maximum of a few days, not very strong, and just useless afterwards. NOT a value for the money, buy "Little Trees" instead!

Do not buy from this website. It’s a scam as are their products. Item received looked nothing like the item advertised and they don’t want to accept a return and full refund suggesting that I keep the product and they provide me with a 10% refund OR a 50% store credit- even though I’m returning the product within the return window timeframe. Buyer beware!!!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Drift ordered a product on my behalf without my consent to use my card and will not own up to it. But I did not have a subscription, I ordered a one time product months ago and they used my card details to order more products. Now they are refusing a refund but ironically the products ordered never even arrived. Their customer service are BOTS and not humans so it is impossible to get through to any human and I am now having to escalate this to the DCA and my governor because it’s become impossible

They will charge you every month and there is no way to contact someone for help. I can’t even log into to cancel my “subscription” because I don’t have an active account. I have screen shots that give me the message that I do not have an active account, but now that they have my credit card number…they are charging me!

I wish I had come here first! Recommended by a friend (who I will be speaking to about this!) I liked the scent in his car, asked him what it was and it was sold to me as a premium scent! Joke! Anyway because I am gullible when it comes to friends recommending things I bought, I was aware of the subscription and I thought that was a good idea. I wasn't aware however that it was posted from the MOON!!! TWO WEEKS to deliver a small air freshener, that they got wrong anyway! sending me refills instead of clips and scent, and then their bot tried to argue that I hadn't ordered them when in the email I received for order confirmation it clearly stated that I had. Still waiting for these clips to arrive! Do not buy, do not click, forget the website and block it!!
